I can’t believe that this little man is already, almost 1. He is a total cutie. And honestly, it was a privilege and an honour to capture him in all his cuteness…is that a word!?

one year…

February 21, 2009…that is what the groom said when he saw her.
This wedding was everything I love; fun, relaxed and all about the love. For this little guy though it really wasn’t enough. He found other ways to occupy his time! How adorable is this??! lol. And I grabbed the above shot as the young groom is clearly a “car guy” and I figured getting his two favourite things in one shot would hopefully make me a very popular photographer. Hehe.
I sincerely had a fantastic day and I can’t thank these guys enough for making me feel so comfortable and at ease. The entire family too. It was an awesome day and totally reflective of the personalities of this gorgeous couple.

February 12, 2009These guys were just too easy to photograph. It was such a lovely change photographing nothing but a loving Dad with his adoring little girl, not to mention the sweet little pup! Full credit goes to ‘Dad’ for these photos…he arranged the whole thing and I suspect he earned a few brownie points along the way! lol.

a new look…
February 8, 2009My blog has been annoying me. I recently upgraded to the new version of Word Press and to cut a long story short…hours of code fixes and googling more code fixes got me to the point where I virtually started again. I will try and have a new banner, or at least a Flash (ever changing) one as soon as I can figure out the code.
Please ignore any weird things happening as I continue to fix and improve.

February 6, 2009It’s no secret I have a thing for big, gorgeous eyes. This little man didn’t disappoint. The bouncy curls were an added bonus! It’s surprising how much he has changed & grown over the last 12 months.

This little man stole my heart. How cute is he? And don’t even get me started on those eyes!
What do you do when you don’t have a dummy (a pacifier for my international friends!!)…you borrow your brother’s fist, that’s what. Ha ha.
While the three boys were all tag teaming on the smiling/not-crying front, it all worked out in the end and it was well worth the lovely Sunday drive across the border. Thank you, my farming friends…you have a beautiful family!
